How do I pay for the conference?
Attendees registering before 21 May 2012 can pay either by credit card (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA) or by bank transfer. From 21 May, we only accept credit card as method of payment. Direct payment by credit card is made online when registering. We use a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway) which meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
Payment by bank transfer should be done upon registration. All details are provided in the online registration form and on Payment and Policies.
Accommodation which is booked via the online registration form should be paid at the same time.
Attendees who register onsite from 10 June 2012 will be required to pay by credit card. Cash is not accepted.
We do not accept personal cheques, company cheques, Eurocheques or Diners.
I would like to register but stay in another hotel than the ones proposed?
You can register online for the conference without booking a hotel room. To find alternatives to the selected hotels, we recommend that you go to Visit Stockholm
When booking online, why can I only book a room from 10 to 16 June?
Presuming that many attendees will arrive on 10 June and depart on 16 June, we have blocked rooms in the selected hotels for 10-16 June. To book additional nights, please contact Congrex Sweden on spaceops2012.registration@congrex.com and we will be happy to assist you.

It is planned to be published on 15 May 2012 at the earliest. It will be available under Conference Program.
