Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to spaceops2012.registration@congrex.com

Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 7 March, 2012 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 500 SEK. For cancellations made after 7 March, 2012 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Changes
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to Congrex Sweden and can not be made via internet. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they are unable to accept your changes.
